Terms of Service

Lynvo is operated by Houmofis d.o.o., a Slovenian limited liability company registered at Sedejeva 3, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (VAT / Davčna številka: 55359752). References to "Lynvo", "we", "us", or "our" mean Houmofis d.o.o.

Lynvo lets tennis-club organizers run leagues — manage players, record match results, generate standings, publish AI-assisted news articles, and operate per-club subdomains. Two roles use the platform:

• Organizers create a tenant (a "club"), choose a paid plan after the trial, manage league rosters, and administer matches.
• Players are invited by an organizer (or sign themselves up where allowed) and use Lynvo to record their own results and view standings.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secret. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend an account that violates these Terms or is used for fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Lynvo account. If you're younger and want to participate in a league, an organizer can add you as a player without an account.

New tenants get a 14-day free trial of Lynvo. After the trial, an organizer must pick a plan (BASIC, PRO, or CLUB) and provide payment details to keep the tenant active. Players never pay anything to use the platform.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Fees are charged in EUR via our payments processor (Stripe). Prices on the pricing page are exclusive of VAT, which is added at the rate applicable to your billing country.

You can cancel any time from the customer portal — your tenant stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which access is suspended. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes anyone's rights, is unlawful, or harasses other users.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the platform's technical protections.
• Use Lynvo to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Resell or sublicense access without our written agreement.

You keep ownership of player names, match results, custom branding, and other content you submit. You grant Lynvo a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and process that content for the sole purpose of operating the service.

AI-generated news articles produced by Lynvo are based on your match data. You can delete or regenerate them at any time. We don't train third-party models on your content.

We aim for high availability but don't promise uninterrupted service. We may update, change, or remove features. Features marked as "beta", "preview", or similar are provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued.

You can stop using Lynvo at any time and request deletion of your tenant. We can terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms or if continued service is impractical (e.g. payment processor issues, legal obligation, or fraud). On termination, we'll keep backups for a limited period and then delete your data permanently.

Lynvo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by Slovenian law, Houmofis d.o.o. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any dispute that can't be settled amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia. Consumers retain any rights granted by mandatory consumer-protection law of their country of residence.

We may update these Terms when the service or the law changes. We'll post the new version here with an updated date and, for material changes, notify active organizers by email. Your continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms.
